| In 2007, Sam Dale Lake was drained about 4 feet below normal level for some reason unknown to me. What I do know is that it hurt the fishing. The lake is now a green algae color with a muddy smell. If anyone has updated info on the lake please send the info to jake@illinoisfisher.com |
