Reports are coming in and the crappie bite is still on
and the bass are up in the shallows!
Reports are coming in and the crappie bite is still on
and the bass are up in the shallows!
Rend Lake -
The crappie have moved up into the buck brush and are hitting on minnows.
The bass are being caught in shallows and creeks by covering a lot of water
with fast moving baits.
The catfish are working the shallows and are being caught on large minnows
and night crawlers. Drifting the middle with shrimp also seems to be working.

The crappie are hitting great, try a minnow around down trees and stumps.
In the river people are starting to really doing great with a tube jig or minnow.
You might even get a hook up with a sauger or decent white bass doing this.
The bass are doing good working down trees and stumps on the north end.
The catfish are great in the lake, try th rocks & doing good in the river. Try cut
shad or night crawlers.
The bluegill are starting to bite. Try wax worms or "garden worms" around
the park areas.

people catching them right off their docks! Try a jig first, then switch to a
minnow if nothing hits.
